BOX OFFICE AND TICKETING
WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?
The box office phone hours are Mon-Sun 11:30 am to 10:30 pm. You may visit the Box Office in person by appointment only. Please call 860-829-1248. The will call window is open on Fridays and Saturdays, 45 minutes before the performance.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE BOX OFFICE DURING NON-BOX OFFICE HOURS?
You can submit any inquiries via Contact Us on our website www.ctcabaret.com and someone will be in contact with you.
HOW MUCH ARE TICKET PURCHASES?
Ticket prices are $34.00.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover) as well as checks and cash.
I WANT TO PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE DOOR, WHAT ARE MY CHANCES OF GETTING A GOOD SEAT?
We do accept walk-in but your chances of getting a seat are not guaranteed. If you choose to buy tickets the day of the performance, you are encouraged to call the box office to check seating availability and reserve ahead of time.
I’M INTERESTED IN BECOMING A SUBSCRIBER. HOW MUCH ARE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND WHAT IS THE BENEFIT?
Season Subscriptions price is $130.00. As a subscriber you will receive tickets to all 5 shows of the current season. Becoming a subscriber guarantees your seat to the whole season of plays, and saves you money and convenience fees. Subscribers enjoy free exchanges, pending availability, as long as they are made at least one (1) week before their originally scheduled performance.
HOW IS SEATING ARRANGED AND IS IT RESERVED SEATING?
Audiences are seated at cabaret style tables and chairs. All seats are reserved. Each table seats up to six (6) people. Please note depending on your party size you may be seated with other people. For parties larger than six (6) you may request two (2) tables or be seated at one (1) table.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is available in the theatre parking lot of the Webster Mill Plaza. Parking is safe convenient and accessible.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGE TO THE THEATRE?
Yes! All Connecticut Cabaret Theatre shows are BYOB and Picnic style.
WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE THEATRE?
Concessions such as popcorn, chips, soda, water, coffee and tea are available to purchase at every show
WHAT IF I’M LATE TO THE SHOW?
If you are late to the show, our house manager will seat you at their discretion.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The doors will open at 7:15 pm approximately 45 minutes before the show.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All ticket sales are final no refunds or exchanges. If you are a season subscriber you do have the ability to exchange tickets within one (1) week notice of original ticket date only.
I HAVE A GUEST WITH DISABILITIES, IS THE THEATRE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE SEATING?
Yes the theatre is accessible. There are no stairs. Handicap Parking is available also. Keep your sign in your vehicle. When you call to purchase tickets, please inform the box office staff that you need accessible seating.
From Hartford: Take I-91. Take exit 28 onto US-5 S/CT-15 S toward Berlin Tpke/Wethersfield/Newington. Turn right onto Woodlawn Rd. Stay straight to go onto Webster Square Rd. Connecticut Cabaret Theatre is on the right.
From Waterbury: Take I-84 E toward Hartford. Keep left to take CT-72 E/Route 72 E via EXIT 35 toward CT-9/New Britain. Merge onto CT-9 S toward Middletown. Take the Mill St/CT-372 exit, EXIT 22. Merge onto Mill St/CT-372. Take the 1st right onto Webster Square Rd.
From New Haven: Take I-91 N toward Hartford. Merge onto CT-15 N via EXIT 17 toward Berlin Tpke/I-691/CT-66. Turn left onto Worthington Rdg. Turn left onto Mill St/CT-372. Turn right onto Webster Square Rd.
From New York: Take I-87 N/Bronx/Upstate NY/New England Merge onto I-278 E (Portions toll). Keep left to take I-278 E/Bruckner Expy E toward New Haven. I-278 E/Bruckner Expy E becomes I-95 N (Portions toll) (Crossing into Connecticut). Merge onto I-91 N via EXIT 48 toward Hartford. Follow Directions from New Haven
BY TRAIN: Connecticut Cabaret Theatre is minutes away by cab from the Berlin Amtrak Station. Metro-North and Amtrak trains run frequently from both Grand Central Terminal (800-223-6052) and Penn Station (800-USA-RAIL) in New York City, and from Boston’s South Station (800-USA-RAIL).
