Connecticut Critics Reviews of Respect

Posted on 10/22/2019

Click the following links to read what the critics are saying:

From the Desk of Jim R, Take 2

"Respect: A Musical Journey of Women" comes packaged with enough song variations and tidbits to keep everyone merrily entertained with its soundtrack of 20th century hits. The words and music from each decade are vigorous and assertive. Director Kris McMurray guides his cast of four through the decades with a thumbs-up brio and magic that is not only contagious, but makes you want to get up and dance and boogie all night long."

- Jim Ruocco (Connecticut Critics Circle)

Connecticut Critics Circle

" Producer/director Kris McMurray has once again hit the casting lottery with the four young women that make up the cast of RESPECT."

- Nancy Sasso Janis  (Connecticut Critics Circle)

Connecticut Critics Circle

" We are women, come hear us roar. Yeah for girl power and women power! Move over, Prince Charming and make room for the independent ladies."

- Bonnie Goldberg (Connecticut Critics Circle)
